  1. Contact Executive Home Detox by either emailing,
    calling 781.439.2603 or completing our confidential
    contact form.
  2. A Brief, confidential history is obtained.
  3. A contract is negotiated and signed.
  4. A clinician will come to the client, often within 24 hours.
  5. The client and clinician will see a physician together.
  6. A Medically Managed Discreet Home Detox Program
    will be planned.
  7. The clinician will return home with the client and begin
    a medical detox.
  8. The clinician will remain on site, or live in alternative
    quarters within minutes of the client's home.  
  9. Vital Signs, and Detox "Scales" will be performed
    routinely. The CIWA scale and COWS scale are utilized.
  10. Sleep and Nutritional Assessments will be ongoing.
  11. Early Alcohol and Addiction Recovery Education will
    begin with the client and appropriate significant others.
  12. The clinician will accompany the client to any medical
    appointments necessary.
  13. Discreet and private home detox aftercare planning and
    implementation will begin as negotiated.
  14. The Executive Home Detox clinician will accompany
    the client to the first aftercare appointments.
  15. The Executive Home Detox clinician will remain on-site
    to monitor home detox aftercare per agreement of the
    client and physician.
